No Body Shame (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 2, Episode 12 Recap)

This week, Whit is taking her No Body Shame Campaign to the next level - aka, she's taking it to level 1, because the campaign was formerly just a blog and a hashtag. We're starting on the journey to make merch of all kinds splashed with the NO BS logo that Whitney devised herself - a stunning blend of hearts, ballsacks, and words that don't seem to connect. Whitney may not have a logo that's not on notepaper and she may not have an actual plan for what NO BS can do for the Grasshoppers, but she's going forward with a business meeting regardless! 

Fighting the Scale (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 2, Episode 11 Recap)

This week, the scale is Whitney's nemesis. Though we aren't quite sure what she thought would happen when she dragged her scale into the kitchen to weigh herself in front of Buddy... did she think she'd be down a huge amount and be able to do a victory lap? Regardless, Whit's 10-pound uptick on the scale has her feeling some type of way - i.e., PISSED. After she sees the numbers, she starts a fight with Buddy, has a horrible workout with her trainer, and misses Glenn's long-awaited return to Tae Kwon Do. Will Whitney stay curled up in her "nap spot" eating a gallon of Ben & Jerry's? Or will she make up with Buddy and get her butt over to the Dojo on time to see Glenn back in black (or purple)? 

First Day on the Job (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 2, Episode 10 Recap)

We've finally reached the big day - it's Whit's first day working for the Greensboro Grasshoppers and she's coming up against some seemingly insurmountable obstacles - she's got to wear khaki shorts, for one! And for another, the stadium just has SO MANY STAIRS. What's a girl to do? Sit and cry on the training table? Or get up, show out, and make a great first impression, even while looking totally nude from the waist down? 

Little Big Girl Dance Class (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 2, Episode 9 Recap)

Whitney’s worn a lot of hats in her life - dancer, dancer, dancer and dancer, to name a few. But this week on the Plot Thickens, we’re seeing Whitney in a totally new role: teen therapist? No one could have seen this coming! But don’t worry; she still manages to make things 100% about her. Will Whitney’s counseling help the little girls in her Little Big Girl Dance Class to find their self esteem? Or will Whitney agree that Rylie really might break the monkey bars? Regardless, it turns out that the little girls are struggling with a lot of the same demons as Whitney did when she was called “Baby Beluga.” But don’t worry, we don’t point fingers and say that any of them has a “whale of a tail!”

Aloha 30 (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 2, Episode 8 Recap)

This episode, Whit says goodbye to 30 and hello to 31, but she's not doing it in the boring, usual way. She's saying "Aloha!" to BOTH! You might not know, but "aloha" means "hello" and "goodbye!" In any event, Whit is throwing a luau themed birthday party for herself and she's soliciting entertainment from the BGDC girls and a hula teacher all the way from... Charlotte! We had you going there, didn't we? And as if the hula performance wasn't stressful enough for Whit, her new boyfriend Lennie is coming to the party in a coconut bra, cowboy hat, and Hawaiian shirt. Will Lennie flounder when he's stuck alone with Babs and Glenn? Or will he wow them with his coconut bra, a telltale sign that he doesn't take himself too seriously? 

5K Run (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 2, Episode 7 Recap)

This week we’re recapping an old classic - the Penguin 5k! Can y’all believe it’s been this long since Glenn and Whit “ran” to save the penguins… of the world? We sure can’t! Whit and Glenn are setting out on a 3.1 mile adventure to prove to Whitney and all her friends that she can do hard things, even at almost 400 lbs! But will the one, single practice walk Whit takes with Glenn be enough to prepare her for race day? Or will her feet slow her down as she heads for the finish line? Tune in to find out!

Season Finale! London Bridge Is Calling Now (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 13, Episode 10 Recap)

How the heck did we already get to the finale of Season 13, y'all? This episode left us scratching our heads for a lot of reasons, the least of which is not the fact that we had NO IDEA it was the finale until the very end! But what do you all think? Do you think Whitney is going to embrace that GLP-1 lifestyle (aka, continue embracing the lifestyle, but finally tell the truth about it) on TV? Or will the show finally end, leaving us wanting more? Also - did Whit throw anyone else for a MASSIVE loop when she decided to actually move to Salem? The Cupboard Was Bare (My Big Fat Fabulous Life - Season 13, Episode 8 Recap)

Whitney's returning to Salem this week to visit her bewitching new friends! But something is rotten in Denmark... and it's not what Whit is cooking up in her witch's cauldron! Jess starts to openly show signs of anger toward Whitney and her willingness to drop Greensboro - and her Greensboro friends - at the drop of a witch's hat. And what's going on with Jess and Isaiah's marriage? Whit starts looking at apartments in Salem, but totally ignores the fact that her potential new abode is between two throughways and might fall into the ocean. Will pregnancy roulette result in good news to Whitney (or one of the other girls in the roulette group)? Or will it be as bad of an idea as it seemed from the beginning?
